OMG I am just reading this now and it is REALLY messed up. Do you want more of us to call it into the cops? Give us the # to the local precinct. I will call in a bogus call, just to make a bigger deal of it and maybe they'll pay more attn to it! I can say that I was at the park earlier with my friend and we thought it was fishy, and that I came home and looked up the # and website, and that I am worried about the boy!

I just looked through a lot of the galleries and there are SOOO many bad cut and paste jobs on there.
It really seems like a front to me.

I would DEFINETLY call the Police! That seems a little strange to me. You have the guys # in your phone still so I would give the police that also. I just find that to be really REALLY not normal ...
even if its a family member its NOT NORMAL!

Hmm. now I'm starting to wonder if those two guys I know, know that there pics are on this site..
I know that these guys do fitness modeling though, and the one with the brown hair/tanner skin is definitely a gymnast
Once I saw those guys I figured the website was legit but just weird, and that it was still weird that this kid was 15-16 because those guys are much older..
But now I'm wondering if they even know they are on the website

He could have just lifted those pics from another site and is using those pics as "teaser pics" for his site. I think the pics you see on the home page of the site are just cut and pasted from legitimate sources to make his site look legit.
My gut feeling is it's all a front. Once he is contacted he either provides the person with the underage pics or the pics serve as an "ad" for the underage boy.
And, maybe it's just me, but W T H is a 54 year old male doing with a myspace page? Isn't that a bit weird for that generation/age group?

It totally looks like a fake website for something else being the scene.
People behind child pornography will use anything to lure children, boys or girls.
This site looks this is a pedophile site.
"Email us for more details"? And posting their age? That's not professional modeling. Especially fitness. I used to work in the fitness industry. You don't publish fitness model age.
To the PP who knew the guys from HS and into fitness. That does not mean because they were into fitness that they did not get lured into child pornography.

Hi girls, I haven't been home today until now, so I haven't done anything about the situation. My husband thinks I'm messing with something I shouldn't get involved with. I know I need to do something more, I just don't know what. I need to sit on it and think about it. It's definitely NOT a legit modeling agency. There's no way it can be. And wouldn't an agency for fitness models have women, too? It's just too creepy for me. I don't know what to do.

Oh no I do not think you are ridiculous I would have to say I think you did the right thing by not confronting this person while you had your own child with you but I would alert the police and give them the # the boy called. I would only hope someone would do it for my child and get that perv off the street!
It never hurts to tell the police the whole story and let them decide what to do with the info right?
I think I would probably tell the police I wanted to be annonymous or give a fake name though I agree I would not want to get too involved as your husband said you don't know what you are getting into-I can totally understand that and fully agree.

Wow-thats creepy !...Maybe contacting the school district, and they could lead you in the right direction, or even take it out of your hands ???..Also, Child Protective Services might be of help in some way- the police always seem to not want to be bothered- what a shame !

The photos were definately lifted from other sites and then very haphazardly cut and pasted into fitness magazines. If you look close at some of the pics they were taken in FL, other parts of the US, and it seems very much like this is a "local" guy ---- 516 area code, optonline e-mail address, I doubt he's a traveller for his pics, as his website would look more professional IMO.
Look at the photos close up. He could probably have some copyright infringment things going on too. THe photos were not all taken by him.

Doen't the FBI have a task force for child pornography where they pose has young girl/boy?

A few years ago I worked with a part-time music teacher called Anthony Correnti.
The only contact I ever had with him was running into him in the copy machine room 8th period.
A few weeks went by and I didn't see him. Never even noticed. I figured he was giving lessons or was on another building.
Well, he was fired (administration kept it quiet) and a few months later it was all over the news.

He was caught with over 10,000 internet porn images of underage kids on his computer. The largest seize of such kind ever in NY state. As a faculty we were sickened. He is serving 22-60 years.
I later found out one of my female students was really suffering psychologically, she didn't come from the healthiest home to begin with, well, I never found out all of the details and honestly, I'm not sure if I want to know but he singled her out.
I'm wondering if you just call and ask if they have an office that handles such and what their contact info is. I think the cop was just reacting to the scene in the park but with all of this together, it seems like enough for them to investigate

wow this is crazy rachel! i hope something gets done about this because it is DEFINITELY fishy... that site is so strange.. its definitely not professional looking at all.. and if this guy was a fitness model photographer then why does he meet his "clients" for the 1st time in a random park? This does NOT sound right AT ALL!! you definitely did the right thing by calling the police!! I hope someone somewhere takes this seriously, because it seems really scary.. Oh and the cut and paste pictures- what the?! STRANGE.

So, I am currently still deciding which avenue to go down with this. If anyone has a DH or anyone here is in law enforcement, please contact me. I want to know what the chances are that I can actually do anything about this. To add to this, my friend who lives a block away from the park I was at, has reason to believe this boy was her neighbor's son.
