Please tell me it's the weather!
I have been eating nonstop for about a week or so now. The weather started getting cooler and I just always have to eat something, especially at night, after work. I used to have good will power. Boy has that changed. Weight watchers does not like me recently. I am always hungry! I'm not use to this!
