please tell me someone know how to cook spaghetti squash?
im trying something new and have no idea what im supposed to do with it.. do i cut it down the middle and bake it? do i bake it whole?
How?
How long?
What temp?
Thank you for anyone that can help! im starving and the babys cranky! hoping i can cook it once she hits the sack!

I cook it at 400 degrees. I cut it in half scoop out the inside the yucky part. I put water in the bottom of a pan and lay it skin side up. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook half hour or until tender with a fork then add a pad of butter and melt along it sprinkle with kosher salt and TADA!!! I do this with acorn squash as well.

I microwave it for 6 minutes, scoop out the seeds, cut it in half and bake it on 400 for about 40 minutes. When it's done I just use a fork to scoop out the inside. I use just a little salt and pepper on it and it's done. Enjoy

I cut in half and nuked it and then served with salt, pepper and butter. But, I have no idea for how long.

This is what I do but I add butter and parmasean cheese.

i know its late , but i nuke it .. cut it long ways , scoop out seeds . fill a pyrex or glass dish with water halfway up the sides of it & cover with saran wrap. Nuke until the outsdie is soft to the touch.. Scrape it out , ( comes out like spaghetti) add some butter salt & pepper & even pecorino romano & even some cinnnamon.. So yummy
