please tell me this is a go...
DH had an interview today and they told him to go for fingerprinting. Does this usually happen when they plan to hire you? I thought so when I worked for William Floyd SD. I kinda remember them saying its 100 dollars to go through that process. I am hoping...

Yes, this is a good sign. When I was student teaching we all had to be finger-printed by the Board of Ed, whether or not we had jobs lined up. It isn't just for a background check, but if he ever does something they want to have his prints on record.
