Ken's Moving and Storage - they were great. I don't remember how much it was, but they will come to your place and give you an estimate. I want to say that it was less than $1000 and we made a stop at my parents house to get some stuff.

We used Ken's Moving & Storage also. Loved them. The guys were really nice. We paid $110 per hour for 4 guys. They were done in less time then expected so in the end compared to the estimated, they came in lower. We would use them again.

Tufano Moving Co.....they were awesome and VERY reasonably priced....we moved from Huntington to Commack and they are all the way in Inwood and we still used them b/c they were the cheapest!!! Nice guys and nothing was damaged.....we were very impressed.

Seamens, they were $99 p/ hour plus transportation time back. They were really good, BUT toke 8 hours to move us and charged us for many boxes they said we needed. They wrapped everything! It took awhile to get everything out of the apratment. DH said they did not stop once though. It came to over $1200 but everything arrived perfectly and they put all the furniture back together. They were good but expensive IMO.

Moveco - Flat rate of $700. They were at the apartment at 8am and we were moved in by 12:30pm
Not a scratch on any of our furniture. Everything is wrapped perfectly. They do quality work. My whole family always uses them.

leonetti brothers - $475/flat. they came to our apt at 8 and we were all moved by 11. I had three guys and one driver, i think. and of everything they moved, i think we had only one or two broken dishes.

the 2nd time we had to settle before it went to court for all the damage they did
front door- $1300
couch- leather missing
$20 missing from my wallet
wasted about 2 hours taking breaks

I used Ken's moving and i don't recommend them! They went over time and it ended up costing quite a few hundreds more than the estimate.
They also broke my dresser. They made me sign a form that I will not hold them responsible if it happens because of the way it was made but all they had to do was tape the doors to the body and it would have been avoided.
After all that they complained that I gave them too small of a tip.

Really ??? I am shocked. No one in my family ever had a problem with them. I am sorry......
