I get so frustrated too with my hair...

Unfortunately the summer is ending very quickly (for me it is) and we'll all have our perfect hair in Sept/Oct.Chat Icon

How about tying it all back in a ponytail?

Re: Pleeeeeease Stop the Frizzies!!!

honestly, i have been at my wits end this week and have used moisturizer in my hair....i rub it between my palms and then smooth down my hair....

it all started when i was in the car and noticed how bad it was looking, so i used what i had to try and fix it!

I have completely given up trying to wear my hair straight (it's naturally curly). I just get out of the shower and put in a LOT of mousse and let it dry curly, no frizz at all though so the mousse works well! It's Pantene.

Re: Pleeeeeease Stop the Frizzies!!!

I had expected to want to shave my head when I was visiting my mom in South Carolina last week, knowing what the heat & humidty is like there ...

It turned out I had almost PERFECT hair everyday thanks to her having central air!!!! I sooooooooooo wish we had it at home!!! I generally start to sweat (and my hair curls) while blow drying or flat ironing.

Anyway, I did have luck in CAC with Fructis Shake Effect Spray Gel (Extreme Hold I believe) before drying, then Got 2 Be pomade then tons of Finesse hairspray.

Re: Pleeeeeease Stop the Frizzies!!!

I have curly hair, so I feel it.. And I'm learning not to fight it. I love the look of straight hair, but I have to accept that it isn't for me from June through September! So it either gets pulled back, which there are tons of ways to do that, or it goes curly. I just bought Aussie dual personality leave in conditioner with mousse. I like it. I'm also doing something different. After I've put in my mousse or gel, I actually take small sections and twist or wrap around my finger. I have found that the curls develop nicely and are more formed/defined and less frizzy. But I feel your pain!

Re: Pleeeeeease Stop the Frizzies!!!

My hair is just horrible too. I usually get complements on how beautiful my hair is (not trying to brag)...but it has been a whole month that I haven't heard a comment. And you know that if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all Chat Icon So, imagine how terrible my hair looks. I have had it up all summer so far, I won't bother trying to style it because it's useless!
I can't wait for Sept/Oct to have nice hair again!
