Plow and Hearth is AWESOME!!!
I ordered Roman shades 2 years ago and although I love the pattern, the shade in general is just cheaply put together and they look like crap, so I called and told them the situation and I was told I could send them back for a FULL refund!! That is about $700 ( I have 6 big wndows in my great room, they were about $100 plus tax each!) Plow and hearth is great, I definitely recommedn them, they guarantee their products 100% with a 100% refund if not satisfied!!!

You bought them two years ago and they let you return them. That is awesome. Good to know. I would buy from them in a second with that guarantee.

YUP! That is why I LOVE them! They stand behind their product 100% 2 years ago and they take the shaeds back, they said even if it was 10 years ago they;d take them as long as they were not ripped, or in really bad shape.
