Not sure what would count as eastern Queens, but from around the Forest Hills area, if you call a taxi service it's about $30-33. So if it's car service, think 25% to 50% more than that probably.

I have no idea whats east west or whatever in queens- but when I lived by St. Johns- I paid about $40 for Kellys Car Service to go to JFK- they are very reliable and safe

We take car service from Bayside to JFK often and it costs us $32.

I have a guy that I used to use
$30 to JFK
$25 to LGA

I usually always used Four two's or Kelly's. Around 35 bucks.
