Pls recommend your Basement contractor
Need full service company to obtain permits, waterproof, electrical, HVAC, asbestos tile removal if necessary, egress windows etc. Wanted to get quotes....

We used this company for our den but according to their website they do some of the things you wanted.
Also, we thought we had asbestos tile and found out we did not.
We used Home Healthy Homes in our basement for waterproofing.

Palazzo Design 631-595-2410.
They just did a bathroom fro me in the basement. Amazing work they are soooo clean, they cleaned up everyday. I am going to have them do more work I want done. If you call tell them Delores & Phil told you to call. Thanks

Just an FYI - asbestos removal is regulated by DOL and they maintain a list of approved removal people. Removal of asbestos by anyone not on DOL's list is illegal.
