plz recommend a floatie device for 1 year old.
what works best a vest, a vest that buckles between the legs, something else?
where can i buy it?

I used a cute little blowup raft for my son with a canopy. His fat little legs dangle through into the water allowing me to swim beside him. I am using it with my dd too. She will be one in Aug.

Vests are tough because they usually only allow the child to lay on their back, or if they are evenly floated, then they can bring the child far out of the water. My best advice is to try a few different things, like the vest, like floaties, like swimmies and rotate them. that way the child isn't learning how to move in the water only one way.
