PMS weight gain?
I've been losing weight over the past couple of weeks for a total of 6 pounds lost.... this morning i get on the scale and I gained 4 pounds back... i haven't changed anything... only thing i could think of is that i'm due for my period and my rings have been a little tight the past couple of days...
Does PMS cause weight gain??? I've never noticed it before, but wasn't keeping track either.
I just don't know what else it could be

Yes- definatly causes weight gain. No way you gained 4lbs in a matter of days, its probably water weight.

I asked this question, not to long ago. I gain about 3 to 4 pounds of water weight when I'm pmsing. I have to try so hard not to eat everything in site.
