Re: Podees are your friend
yup---I posted about these awhile ago I thought, We have quads in the family and there is nothing wrong with a podee every now and then-Ii used them in case they had to have a bottle on the way home from my moms when my big kids were little. When my twins are born I will buy them again!

Re: Podees are your friend
Let me try to post a picture... by popular demand.
I have no idea why it's so small... it's a bottle that allows the baby to eat by themselves. There is a tube that connects the nipple to the bottle part so no one has to hold the bottle for them. My SIL used them with her boys and my first hand experience has been really positive! They have them at BRUs and BBB. Image Attachment(s):

We used them for Maddie because she was gassy.
Here's what they look like: http://www.lifamilies.com/chat/topic.aspx?&P=1&ID=17518#P246294

Re: Podees are your friend
Yeah I am going to get them.
Just an FYI... hate to be a buzz kill, but I was talking to a speech teacher in my school today and she said to just use the podees once in a while, because they can prevent the babies from developing gross motor skills.

Re: Podees are your friend
I only used them once in awhile...like not often at all. I do not really understand the gross motor skill part though unless they mean because the baby isn't holding the bottle. It is like a pacifier. I did not use it all the tiime because there is a short time only that u hold them and feed them, soon they hold it on their own. The inventor was a parent of multiples though and its def. hard to sometimes feed all at once. its good to know what they say about them though

Re: Podees are your friend
Interesting about the motor skills.
I registered for these but didn't get them, I might still go to BRU to get them - thanks!
