POI shots making me weird
This shot has me crazy moody. I cannot stop it. I warn DH when I feel it coming on, like a wave. I was hoping it was gonna be nice today so i could at least take a walk. Anyone have any advice how to deal with this? Are you dealing with it right now?

I couldn't control my emotions at all. Normally, my way to control it was to go for a run or a brisk walk, but of course that was a big no-no after my transfer. I would just warn him and he would retreat to his corner in the house  He was very understanding though.
