I'm undecided...
...should I get a girly pattern/color 'cause I'm the  and I'm carrying it?
...should I get a boyish pattern/color 'cause I have a  and its for him?
...should I get one that matches the carriage (green)?

OK, I didn't have a boy, however, I always buy diaper bags based on what I like. I match them to my outfit, the season, etc. like I would with a purse. Having just ONE diaper bag in my house would be like having only one pair of underwear

I totally agree. I had more diaper bags in more sizes than I really needed That said, since my first was a boy, I got a blue plaid pattern. I guess I would have felt silly carrying around a pink diaper bag for him, KWIM?

The ones I use most often--a blue one but it is floral, and a blue and brown one that matches his stroller. I am so glad I got the one that is a match to the stroller. I love it. My DH carries them so often that I would not get a very feminine one. He is fine with the blue floral, though. The one we keep at daycare is blue and yellow.

I have 2....1 big & 1 small.....both the same..........Navy blue with brown suede accent. This way DH won't mind carrying it!!

I would get a "boy color" however I have a boy and we got black so it will work if #2 is a girl!

I went with something gender neutral so that DH could use the diaper bag as well. We got a tan/brown one from Eddie Bauer.

I went simple black with my DD to match her stroller, my clothes and so DH would carry it LOL I just picked up one with brown and blue for DS to be. I plan on buying a chocolate brown bag so I have a few to alternate with.

MY MIL bought me one that had blue tones since it matched my Blue Bugaboo...I would match the stroller or what you personally like (for the winter i have a black & white one)

I have one girly JuJuBe that stays in my car with me.

I had two matching black ones (with a white mini polka dot pattern) when DS was a newborn and for most of the infant stage.
Once he required less stuff I switched to a strip bag but the color are very dark - that's what I like.
So I would say get what you like - regardless of gender.

No matter what color bag you get I highly suggest a JU-JU-BE, they are the best bags I've found yet and I wish I knew about them when I bought my first and second etc....
To answer your question, go with whatever you like, you have to carry it!
