Pool in Bay Shore area??
Dh and I used to belong to LA Fitness and they had a pool
Our jobs moved, so we cancelled our membership and bought an elliptical and some weights, and we go running/walking 3 nights a week
Dh is at a standstill with losing weight. I hate to see him so so frustrated.
He used to swim in college and it kept him in really good shape
I was trying to find out if there is an indoor pool somewhere we can get a memebership too

I also belong to the Y and highly recommend. Thery have very decent family rates.
