Pool removal
Has anyone had to have their pool removed by force from the town because there was never a permit issued?

Re: Pool removal
I never heard of this?? I have many neighbors in my neighborhood who have had their pools for many years and still don't have a permit.

Re: Pool removal
If the pool is in code compliance with current code or can be brought up to compliance, you may be able to apply for one now. Otherwise, yes, you'll have to remove it.
