poor little lobsters
We just put 2 live lobsters into the boiling water. I felt kinda bad, but they are going to be delicious!

I saw recently on one of the Food Network shows (I'm pretty sure it was Take Home Chef) that if you put the lobsters in the freezer for a few minutes, they supposedly go into a gentle sleep-like state, so they aren't supposed to feel anything when you drop them in their sauna.
