Pork loin vs. tenderloin
I'm so confused. I have a recipe that calls for lean pork loin, cubed (it's a stir fry kinda thing).
I couldn't find loin at Stop & Shop...only whole pork tenderloin. I only needed 1 lb. but I ended up with more than that!
Am I gonna mess this up? Maybe I should go to a meat market instead?
TIA!

I think that you can remove the fat and use the lean meat the same.

Re: Pork loin vs. tenderloin
Thank you! I did that and it came out pretty good. Not my favorite recipe, but it was fine. Just annoyed I spent so much on pork tenderloin when I didn't have to.

Re: Pork loin vs. tenderloin
You probably could have used boneless pork chops (not the sirloin) and cut them up.
