Porkchops question..what do you serve with them?
Feel free to move it but I am sure more people look here than on the recipe board more often.
What goes good with pork chops? I am tired of making rice and mashed potatoes.
Also, does anyone put their chops on the george foreman grill? I have a couple of small pork chops with no bone and would love to lemon pepper them up and make them on that.

I am no help - I was going to say mashed potatoes - you could spice them up and make garlic mashed potatoes.

I make mine (boneless tenderloins) with olive oil, redwine vinegar, cumin and rosemary. Marinate them for about 1/2 hour then grill em up. YUMMM. I have it with Apple sauce and some green veggie.
That is tonights dinner actually

sweet potato 'chips' - I slice sweet potatoes thinly in circles, spray with Pam, sprinkle with Kosher salt and then bake them at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or so ..

i marienade them with 1 clove garlic chopped, 1 tbl spoon corriander
1 tbls spoon black pepper and 1 tbl spoon of brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
i broil them for 7-8 minutes per side
serve them with steamed broccol or salad and couscous

Besides Rice or Mashed potatoes:
Stuffing
Egg noodles
Canned white whole potatoes
Pasta shells and veggie combo
For the canned white pototoes we usually put them in a baking tray, sprinkle them with paprika and bake in the oven.
The boneless cutlets we sometimes bread them and fry them like chicken cutlets.
The porkchops on the bone we take the Lipton's onion soup mix, add water and put soup mix and chops in glass tray and bake in the oven.

stuffing
warmed up apple sauce
one of the lipton rice or noodle sides
i cook the pork chops with a rachel ray recipe
rub the pork chops in balsalmic vinegar
put them in a heated up big frying pan on medium high heat for 6 minutes ( they will be making lots of noise!)
THEN flip them over and sprikle LOTS of fresh thyme on them (thyme will be on the already cooked side) and make a tin foil tent over top of them..
cook them like this for another 5 minutes, and there ya go 
its seriously the only way i've ever liked pork chops!

macaroni and cheese, cream corn, stuffing, baked potato, potato salad, macaroni salad.....or you could make italian pork chops and serve with a side of pasta.

baked macaroni
cook spaghetti and coat it with some butter then layer it in a dish with shredded kraft extra sharp cheddar cheese - fill dish halfway with milk - cover and bake for 45 mins at 375 - last couple of minutes uncover under broiler
soooo yummy!!
