Does anyone know a way to make portabellas less juicy? I usually cook the portabellas on the foreman and then prepare it like a burger but the portabellas are so wet that the everything else gets so soggy and everytime I take a bite it juices all over me. So how do i stop this from happening?

Don't put salt on them until after they are cooked. I've heard that this draws out the moisture. It worked for me the other day when I sauteed (sp?) a few in a pan with olive oil.

I was going to say the same thing. Also, don't put them under water. They are sponges. Wipe them with a damp cloth if they are dirty.
