portable helium tanks?

Has anyone ever bought those helium tanks they sell at Party City? I wanted to see if it was worth it for Roman's birthday.

Re: portable helium tanks?

I think if you go to the Dollar Store to get your balloons, it's much cheaper & no hassle. (the one on Larkfield)

edited to answer the quesiton (sorry):
no I haven't gotten one. I know they used to sell them in Costco too.

That's what I did. I even got mylar balloons too. I'll check Costco when I go order the cake. ThanksChat Icon

Re: portable helium tanks?

We got one for my sons bday. I also got him some of those big mylar balloon sets on ebay for much cheaper than in Party city. We still had lots of helium left over and it was much cheaper than getting them already blown up. Plus the kids loved seeing them being inflated. I got the tank at Target and it was $22 if I remember correctly.
