Posh Spice Tops Blackwell's 'Worst-Dressed' List
Posh Spice, aka Victoria Beckham, has won the dishonor of being named the top of fashion designer Mr. Blackwell's annual Worst-Dressed list.
Mr. Blackwell criticizes the wife of soccer star David Beckham for wearing one "skinny-mini monstrosity after another."
