Positivity?
i noticed someones avatar that says
Positivity = good karma
and it made me think of the Sex & Episode i saw last night when Charlotte was doing her affirmations...
Do you really think that being positive brings you good things?

Not necessarily, but I think it helps you deal with setbacks better. And I think positive people tend to give off good will and be kind to others, and being nice to people often brings opportunity your way. I've seen this happen to people I know.

I agree. Smiling at people and being generally happy makes people be nicer to you.

I think being positive gives you a good perspective, so maybe you are able to recognize more of the good things than the bad. Does that make sense?

I definately believe that being negative won't bring you anything good. I find it hard to ALWAYS be positive though. But things always work out.

definitely makes sense
but, and i am speaking more so about the episode i saw last night...
it was almost that if you remained positive than good things WILL come your way....
Almost like you are controling the good things that happen to you...
not sure if i believe that part

Well, I think that being positive makes you a nicer person to be around, and sometimes good things happen to people that are nice. Sometimes people are willing to help someone out just because they seem like a nice person. Does that make sense? It definitely doesn't ALWAYs happen, but I think people are less willing to help out someone who is negative and mean.

i do believe that if you do good things, good things will come back to you, at some time or another in one way or another...i believe that if you do bad things, itll catch up to you...im not talking about stupid little bad things, im talking like evil/ morally bad things

I do - I believe that if you put out positive feelings into the universe that it comes back to you. That's not to say that bad things won't happen (because they do) but I feel like positive energy brings about good karma & good feelings.

I agree with this 100%
Me too. On the flip side really negative people seem to have a lot of cr@p happen to them. It could be because they moan more about it.
