Possibly implantation cramping?

I've been having the worse pain. I don't know if it could possibly be implantion pain or what, but my right side is freaking killing me all day on and off. I had the trigger done 12/7 in the morning and the IUI done the next day. I have an appt with the RE for a pregnancy test this Friday. Is it too early to test?

I am probably the worst person to ask if it's too early, because you will see from my other post that I have been testing. You can test, just remember if you get a bfn, it could be too soon. First Response Early Response is a good one to use. Maybe use it first thing tomorrow morning. I go for my beta Wed, so I am only 2 days ahead of you. I saw a line ever so faint this past Fri, then lines Sat and today.

btw, not to get your hopes up, but I had similar pain, probably milder though, middle of last week....
