Possibly Stupid Question...
So, of course I do something evil to myself and go and to a HPT this morning and get a BFN! Anyway... I'm totally messed up with my schedule, I'm usually 38 days, but almost positive I O'd a bit early, which means I should get AF this weekend.
Here's the dumb question: When you take the test in the AM does drinking a ton of water and the fact that I peed in the middle of the night effect LH level or no? Maybe I'm just holding trying different scenarios.
Also, you think I should make an appt with my OB to get checked up if there's any problems? We've been trying for over 5 months. What do I ask him? Should we get tested for problems?

Re: Possibly Stupid Question...
they say that it can take up to a year for healthy couples to get pregnant.. your OB might tell you to wait until then ..
so what cycle day are you today from your last AF?

last AF was Aug 9th and my cycle has been about 37 or 38 days so I'm due early next week.
Although I have all the PMS symptoms... breaking out, appetite bigger, irritable... I mean "watch out" b/c I'm pissy... Oh, and of course OCD comes out and I'm cleaning EVERYTHING. My usual PMS symptoms

Re: Possibly Stupid Question...
Thanks! Hey... do you know the answer to my other question about drinking a lot of water and peeing in the middle of the night? Does that effect your LH levels?
I think it's time to get the OPK. I was just hoping to use the method.. BD'ing every day or every other day. Seems to work for all my friends and NOT for me.

I'm confused, are you testing for O? LH is the hormone you test for when waiting to ovulate. If you are, then you should be using the tests in the afternoon between 2-8pm.
If you are testing for pregnancy, then the test detects your HCG hormone (pregnancy hormone). In that case, it shouldn't matter if you drink water during the night.

Ok... I'm a dumbass... I meant taking a pregnancy test. I already O'd. Hmmm... I guess I need anatomy 101 again.
