Post-baby Ab question
I had my baby over two years ago. I have lost the baby weight plus an extra 14 pounds, feel and look toned and my tummy is flat, but I don't see any definition in it. When I squish it together with my hands, it seems like there is loose skin and not fat. Some days it looks a teeny-tiny bit puckered and not smooth. Other days it looks fine.
Has anyone else had this experience? Is there anyway i can get more definition in my abs? Or is loose skin just something I have to deal with until I am done having little ones and get myself to a plastic surgeon?

It takes awhile; I had back-to-back c-sections, so my tummy has been through a bit! Cardio definitely helps take off a big, plus I notice since I started doing more interval workout type DVDs, the definition is slowly happening. I know what you mean about the extra skin, I sometimes am leaning in a stretch and see it hang there - gross, LOL
