post baby constipation and hemmoroids
ugh, i have the worst constipation and hemmoirds im in so much pain! ive been taking stool softner, but its not working! When I try to go it feels like im trying to pass razors (sorry TMI). Is there anything you can recommend to help this pass??

for an adult:

also phillips milk of magnesia helps a little bit.
for a baby:
2 oz of bay leaf tea w/ 3/4 tsp of brown sugar
2 oz of prune juice in 2 oz of water

Me too 
I did not poo until day 4 after the delivery.
In the hospital they gave me colace- nada. Then I took a correctol- NOTHING. Then I drank some metamucil and finally went.
However, I used the metamucil again after that (I too have killer roids) and it gave me the runs- which u DO NOT want if ur in pain!
