I am not sure if any of the girls on the infertility board would be able to answer that medically.
What we have all learned is to call your doctor with any questions or concerns you have. Remember , they work for you.

If I were you I would call your Dr first thing tomorrow morning and get a blood test
I don't know anything about cysts, but I would go see the Doc.

I agree, theres no way for anyone here to knwo the first thing about whether its a real bfp or not.
Call the Dr for a blood test.

I never heard of cysts causing a false positive. I've had cysts before...one was big enough to cause alarm for my dr...but I was never mentioned that it may cause a false positve. My dr. knew at the time we were TTC too. I hope it's a BFP but I would definitely call your dr tomorrow.
