Post ET question - Updated with another question

For those of you who are knowledgeable about IVF....

When does implantation usually take place after ET? Does anyone know the time frame??

And, can I be in the sun during the 2ww? I'd love to go to the beach, but don't want to do anything I shouldn't be doing.

TIA

Re: Post ET question

They generally implant anywhere from 3 to 6 days after transfer.
You can go to the beach, but you can't go in the water and make sure to get plenty of fluids so you don't get dehydrated.Chat Icon

Re: Post ET question

Okay, another post ET question....

Is it normal for me to be peeing NON-STOP?? I was up a few times last night (and I NEVER wake up in the middle of the night to pee). Yes, I am drinking, but not any more than usual. Is this my "bloat" being released?? (I hope it is!)

just check what meds you're on, I was on estrace and the bottle said to stay out of direct sunlight

IMO I would also stay out of the water during the 2ww

Good luck!!

I'm definitely not heading into the water - even though I'd love to on a hot day like this Chat Icon

Are you on anti-biotics? I know mine said no direct sunlight.

OMG! This is me today! I wanted to sleep when I got home but I was up literally every 15 minutes peeing. I agree though I have super stomach bloat. Chat Icon
