Post your DRESSY SHOES
What colors shoes do you have for those who have to dress up for work. Like do you wear navy shoes with a navy suit? What about when you wear tan? Just need some ideas for going shoe shopping.

I don't like navy shoes with navy clothing, too matchy matchy for me.
Basic colors you should own: Black, camel, brown
If you want to spice it up: a merlot color pump, silver or gold balet flat, black patent leather loafers

I just came back from an interview and I wore a navy suit. I wore them with caramel colored heels. I think it looked great!

I always wear a really high heel -
I have to wear a suit every day and my company is very conservative - So I have a lot of funky shoes to have a LITTLE bit of fun
But no navy w/ a navy suit ! too matchy matchy !

I'm on my feet all day teaching so I wear ballet flats a lot. If I wear heals my back bothers me. Thank goodness that ballet flats are so popular right now! There are TONS of great styles!

With what color shirt under the suit? I know i ust sound like a real dingbat. I have just been a bartender forever and I am good with that style but not this professional attire.

I wore a white blouse
ETA: some other good choices IMO for underneath a navy suit are pale pink and light blue.
