For Lamb chops and chicken cutlets: Lemon, Olive Oil, Garlic, Rosemary and a teeeeeeeeny pinch each of lavender, mint and oregano.
For beef, pork of chicken: Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Scallions, Olive Oil, sugar. If it's beef add a little Montreal Seasoning and/or Lawry's Seasoned Meat Tenderizer.

Re: Post your easy favorite marinades !!!
a DELISH EASY marinade I make for chicken or pork loin on the BBQ:
Equal parts saucy susan(or duck sauce) and soy sauce.........
put in a ziplock with the meat and refriderate for an hour (or more) before cooking on the bbq.... aft you flip the meat over, brush with a little more to coat.

Yum ! I use Saucy Susan on ribs, but never thought to combine with soy sauce !

Re: Post your easy favorite marinades !!!
for chicken, I'll either do a lemon juice marinade like the one posted above, or
balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a ridiculous amount of chopped garlic, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
for pork, I like to do citrus...orange or lemon juice and garlic..then depending on what type of pork...I'll use cumin, salt and pepper, and sazon.
beef it depends. this past weekend I marinated a flank steak in 12 oz dark beer, 4 oz Worsterchire sauce, and a heap of chopped scallions AFTER scoring it and rubbing it with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and a drizzlle of olive oil.
