I like BR, J. Crew, Anthro, Ann Taylor Loft, Forever21, Swell, etc.

Ann Taylor and Loft
Lord and Taylor has great dresses in the store, not sure about their website.
Brooks Brothers has very nice tailored dresses for the summer. I have a blue and white seersucker from there that I LOVE.
