Post your favorite pregnancy exercise video please..
I can't stand being dormant, I have to force myself to do something, m/s or not.....Any suggestions???

I have buff moms to be the early workout edition (its got a cardio, floor exercise combo. Aprrox 40 min), and Denise Austins dvd, i forgot the title. its also a cardio toning combo, but this one is about an hour. they break it into segmants.
Its good, keeps me moving.
I've been on the tredmill more lately than with the videos, the floor work bothered my back.

That's what I'm afraid of with a bad back. I should probably just get my butt on the treadmill too. I made an appointment for a yoga introduction lesson on Sunday but I'm thinking that might kill my back and tailbone too

I always go by the reviews on www.collagevideo.com and they have pregnancy workouts with reviews (they sell almost all the existing workout videos). I know that I should work out but I am way too fatigued and nauseous right now. I can barely bend over to put my dog's food bowl down because I get so nauseous. I give you credit for trying through the nausea.
