postpartum maternity belt?
i've heard that these are really helpful in "pulling everything" back into the right direction, etc... can anyone recommend one and/or tell me where to find one? A yoga instructor i met in passing during pregnancy SWORE by one. She gained 70lbs with each of her 2 kids. I'm almost 2 weeks post partum and i think my abdomen should be able to tolerate it now. Thank you!

My doctor had given me a kind of elastic wrap with velcro. I don't know if this is what you mean. You wear it under your clothes - it was to help support my back & belly after I had the baby (c-section).

my cousin told me they gave her one in the hospital but it was to bind her boobs since she wasn't nursing. Her nurse told her she can also use it around her waist after she healed and she did. i never got one in the hospital but i'd really like one. i saw the one in bru but it didnt look that good

My doctor told me to wear a girdle. It helped!!
