Potatoe Soup Recipe
I am in the mood for potatoe soup, does anyone have a good recipe? TIA

This is so not good for you, but soooo goood. I try to make it a little healthier by using lowfat or nonfat items.
Baked Potato Soup
6 baked potatoes, mashed
1 qt. half and half
1 stick of butter + 2-3 tbsp. flour
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. finely chopped white cheddar cheese
4 oz. cream cheese, chopped
yellow cheddar and bacon bits for garnish
Melt butter and slowly add flour to make a paste.
Add sour cream, stir and heat through.
Add half and half, stir and heat through.
Stir in white cheddar until almost melted. Add cream cheese and continue stirring until all cheese is dissolved. When everything is weel blended, ad the potatoes and stir until all is heated throughout.
