Pottery Barn anywhere chair?
I want to order DS a Pottery Barn anywhere chair  , but he's a BIG just turned 2 year old (40"). Will he fit in the chair for years to come? I don't want to pay that much for something he'll grow out of soon, but I love it!

Don't get him the small anywhere chair. If you get the regular size anywhere chair, I've heard they can use it until they're older.

DD got the PB Anywhere Chair for Chrismtas last year (she was just over a year). She is now almost 2 and absolutely LOVES it! I was concerned b/c I thought it was a little big for her but now its perfect and she'll be able to use it for quite a while I think (I sit in it a lot too, lol). I'm glad we got that one as opposed the PB My First Chair which is smaller.

My mom and sister chipped in and got DS the regular anywhere chair for his first birthday which was last week. My mom ordered it over a month ago and they told her they were back ordered until August 7th and we still haven't received it.
I know you didn't ask about that aspect but I figured I'd let you know just in case you wanted to get it by a certain date to order WAY far in advance lol.
As far as fitting into it for a long time, I was told that the regular chair could fit an adult so that it should last for years and years. I also liked the aspect that it had a slipcover that could be removed and was washable and when washed, looked brand new. That was a huge selling point for me.

I got him a regular one at the outlet and he LOVES it. he's not as big but I sit in that chair and I am bigger than 40"

yeah def get the reg one as you said you are looking at! I also sit in my son's (2.5 yrs old) sometimes...it is quite comfy!  
He LOVES his esp when watching TV/Movie..I am sure he will be using it for quite a while!

Ohhhh, if you don't mind me asking, how much was it at the outlet? I didn't even think of checking there!
we got super lucky!! they had the navy blue R2D2 anywhere chair (my dh is an insane Star Wars-originals- fan and I am pretty up there too) it was $89 I believe.
