Pottery Barn Kids Rave!!
So i got my crib along time ago, but DH didnt set it up until after the baby was born b/c he was in the bassinet in our room anyway. We got our crib from pottery barn kids from the ILs it was 700$ with the mattress. So when he takes it out its cracked in 3 places, like noticeable cracks. So we call right up and they were soo helpful. Unfortunately , our crib was discontinued. However, they said they would give up any crib free of charge, the one we saw that we fell in love with was very expensive 1000$, they said ok, and we didnt have to pay the difference. They also came to the house took away the old one and set up the new crib free of charge. Now thats standing by your product, i will put up nursery pics soon, my theme was peter rabbit!

ooooo which crib did you get? Our crib is from PBK and was around that price - the Larkin crib - I LOVE IT!! We've been using it for well over a year now!
THe one thing about PBK furniture is (at least when I bought DS's crib) is that it is all made by different designers so some of the cribs are more sturdy and well made than others - but, the one I have is the BEST i saw anywhere and well worth the $$$!
And, yes, I have tons of furntiure from them and accessories and I have found their customer service to be AMAZING - what a difference from some other stores I dealt with!
