Potty regression
DS is 3, he will be 4 in October. He's been fully potty trained for a few months now. Going # 2 on the potty seemed to take the longest for him to actaully 'get' {he'd have an accident & run to tell me that he did or try to hide it}, but he got it. Lately, it seems like he's having these 'accidents' again. Both yesterday and today and a few times last week too, he's pooped in his underwear & tries to hide it. I NEVER yell at him or get angry at him for it, he's a child and I tell him accidents happen & he always says "sorry Mommy, it was an accident". Now I realize that accidents might happen from time to time, but this frequently? I really do not get why he's doing this again, I thought maybe he was very into his playing & got distracted or thought he was passing gas, but now it's been several times over the past 2 weeks and now two days in a row!
Does anyone have any experience with this, or advice? TIA
