Potty Training?
We are potty training and the only real issue we are having is that when one goes on the potty and the other doesn't the one that doens't get a sticker freaks.
I try to explain to him that he will get one when he goes, but there is no explaining.
He also gets upset if his brother takes a sticker that he likes. I am thinking maybe I should get more stickers, one set for each one, but not sure if that is crazy or not.
How do you handle this? I don't want to train on at a time since they both seem ready and have been both doing well with it.
TIA!

Re: Potty Training?
I am potty training to..something that is working for me is..everytime my girls go on the potty they get to wear panties like mommy (of course not the g-string ones) I decided not to buy the pull-ups. just bought a bunch of panties..and they love wearing them.. I only keep them on them in the evening before bed and then i will put the pampers on for sleep. I am going away Fri without the girls so when i come back i will put the panties on during the day for longer stretches..i really hope this works i am sick of pampers.

Re: Potty Training?
Where are the stickers? Are they on a chart?
I always use the rewards stickers. You can buy up to 1000 in a packet. There are many sheets that are the same. This would eliminate them fighting over the same.

Re: Potty Training?
I bought a bunch of Thomas and Cars sitckers and they go on the chart. They just fight over who gets what, and they want like 15 stickers each time, one for the chart and then one for thier nose, one for each hand, their forehead. Sometimes they don't even want to put it on the chart, they want to wear them

Re: Potty Training?
I would try just having one sticker (for each)available in the beginning.... no choices. until they get the hang of it. Hide the rest.
