Power Vinyasa Yoga?
This is probably too far from you, but I love Breathe N Flow Yoga in Freeport. They have heated and non-heated, and a bunch of other kinds of yoga also.

I second Breathe N Flow...LOVE the classes there...Also, in Long Beach..Yoga Long Beach has great power flow classes.
There is also a place Fuel the Soul I have heard great things about..never been there though.
