I'd rather buy the powerwasher and do it myself.
If you are just washing siding it can't be that difficult.

if you do it yourself, just be prepared to get wet!  We are buying our own and powerwashing the house, our shed and some of the cement.

I used Steve's Power Washing and Painting for $375 which included the powerwashing and sealing our deck.
