PP Weight Loss - those that have successfully managed to get back to PP weight . . .
I am struggling big time here. I dropped the bulk of my weight within the first 3 weeks. At the most, I have lost 37 of the 45 pounds I gained during my pregnancy. I had been struggling with that (up one down 1) up until Thanksgiving. From then until now I have managed to put on about 5 pounds.
I am always starving or just wanting to eat. I ate like a wild woman during pregnancy and even after during the 5 weeks of of BF and a few weeks after and was still able to lose or maintain my weight. I have had a huge struggle getting back to my healthier, smaller portioned meals and snacks.
I really want to shed 10-15 pounds by the summer and I am just wondering how long it took to get back into the groove and lose ALL of the weight.
I am curious to hear how it was for everyone, what you did to get back on track, etc.
TY!

Same issue here--I lost it all, but gained back 8 lbs bc I never have time to figure out meals or spend time working out or making anything complicated.

Walking, walking, walking! I lost the baby weight and then another 16 lbs!
I also cut out a ton of cr@p! I have weight control oatmeal every morning and drink lots of skim milk. I am desperate to keep it off!

I'm right there with you Bri. I am a WW lifetime member wondering if I'll ever get back to my goal weight!!!! I have 15 pounds to go. I gained 60 during my pregnancy and have dropped 45 of it but just can't get rid of the rest!!!!

I just started WW and so far have lost 12 pounds. 6 more to go to get to PP, but I haven't even exercised. You can eat whatever you want in moderation- it's seriously the easiest diet ever!

I am a lifetime member and this is what is frustrating me. I know how to work the program and well, but just can't get my head back into it. I always run out of points )even using weekly points allowance. My appetite seems huge and my desire for food strong- and I def. do not deprive myself when I am following.
