Prayers Please
Last week my father was walking into the bathroom (no shirt on) and my mom noticed something on his back...Sure enough, it was a tick!
She was able to get the tick off of him, however, the "target rash" had already started.
He just got out of the Dr. office now. He is in the early stages of Lymes Disease
They are putting him on antibiotics as of right now and hopefully that will 'kill it". I am glad there are meds to fight it these days, it still sux though!
PLEASE check yourselves if you have been in woods, high grass etc. My dad works in Calverton & Greenport, outside 7 days a week!
