prayers, please
only one LIF'er knows...
but since you're all kind of a second family, and extra prayers are never a bad thing...
i'll be going to the hospital tomorrow morning for surgery. i, finally, made the life-changing decision to get gastric bypass.
i'll be going to the hospital tomorrow and i should be home on wednesday.
my mother is here to help with my son for the days i'll be away. she's driving me crazy and insulting me since she got here, but i guess it's a small price to pay for knowing that my son will be taken care of for the days i'm in the hospital.
i'm excited, nervous, and very scared. this is my first elective surgery. it's also the first time i'm old enough to really understand the risks.
i hope to post a half-naked, sexy picture of myself when bathing suit season comes around.... not lol 
ok, time to get ready for bed and for tomorrow.

I had gastric bypass over 5 years ago. Let me know if you need any last minute words of encouragement! 
Make sure you take a picture tonight and every month as you are losing weight.

Good for you hon! I had the Sapala Wood Micropouch procedure done 3 years ago and my life has completely changed since then. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would look at myself and be "happy". Being free of 130 lbs has been so lilberating. Best of luck with the recovery and DON'T PUSH IT!!
