Pre-natal vitamin question

I normally have irregular periods and i am CD26 and already begining to feel the effects of my AF (normally i dont begin to feel it for CD35-40). the only main difference this month has been that I started the pre-natal vitamins. Does anyone know/has experienced where it helped regulate you?

I take Cal-nate (prescript Prenatal Vit.). I have not felt any affect directly related to the prenat. vit. I would ask your Ob-Gyn and/or check on the website or call the Prenat. Vit. brand that you are taking and see if there are any warnings or indications that they might make you feel different. Hope this was helpful.
