Pre-natal Yoga in Nassau County
Does anyone know of a good pre-natal yoga place in the south shore of LI? I'm dying to take yoga since we're in the process of moving which is majorly stressful. PLEASE HELP! LOL

We offer Pre Natal Yoga every Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm. We have a special this month, first class is free. You don't even have to pre register. New Baby Belly is located in Massapequa.
