Pre-natals....PrimaCare One?????
Are any of you taking this pre-natal vitamin?
My doctor gave me them so I can start taking pre-natals before I ttc.
I noticed that they only have 1 mg of folic acid. I thought you needed something like 88mg-1000mg.

I take them. 1mg is the suggested amount you should take. You may be thinking it is 1000g, which is the same as the mg. Hope this helps!

I take them :) they were great before i got preggos, didnt make me sick, but now that i have m/s i have a hard time with them, they are really good though b/c besides folic acid, it has the omega 3, and the 1 mg=1000 so your fine

i am takiing them, you can also add more folic acid if the doctor allows it. call up and ask if it is nessacary.
i have to take extra bc i have a siezure disorder and i am on medication that depetes the folic acid.. just ask your doc.... Good LUCK

i took them as well... they made me feel sick too so i started to take them right before bed and i never felt sick again!!!! HTH
