Pregger Crashing....Ped Recommendations for S. Nassau
Hi Ladies...
I'm crashing since I figured you would all be the best place to ask...
I'm starting to look for a pediatrician in the south Nassau area...I'm in Massapequa so somewhere between Merrick and mass..
Any recommendations?

i asked my OB and she said she goes to Seaford Pediatrics. She said all the Dr's there are great; she goes to whoever is available. And when I asked on here; a lot of girls from the area go there and love them also! So, that's who I am using!

We also go to Seaford Peds- and like the above poster, my OB also takes her kids there (maybe we have the same OB!)
I cannot say enough nice things about them. The doctors are GREAT- and the staff is wonderful too!

Another Seaford Peds patient here  DS has been there since he was a NB, so will DD. I love the entire staff there.

Jenna I use Dr Jefffrey Silverstein in Merrick. I love him and have since day 1. His hours are great, I never, ever wait long and he is not the quick to medicate kind of dr.....I like that. He is also very go with the flow which works well for us too. I prefer not to use a group of Dr's. The group my friend uses has 3 dr's and they all give her different advice. Good luck with your search.

thats so funny. yeah i know she lives nearby. maybe ive seen u there at her office! im going on fri for a sono and on the 8th to see the practitioner since she'll be on vaca!

I live in Massapequa Park and go to Mid Island Pediatrics in Farmingdale. I love them there. However, I would have gone to Seaford Pediatrics but DS was 6 months when we moved to LI and they only take newborns.
