um, i think just pads. but the hospital gives you belted ones.
you wear them after any birth - you bleed after a c-section too. lovely ain't it

plastic bags... jk i have no idea.. would i have to wear them too with a c-section cause you still bleed...

You don't need to buy em. They give you mesh undies after you have the baby.
I just bought big black grannie panties for when I came home.

they gave me the thong pads
But I also wore the granny panties with a pad ,it was more comfy
