Pregnancy Yoga is Suffolk?
Hi - Does anyone know of any places in Suffolk that offer pregnancy yoga classes? I've taken regular yoga classes and was told that doing yoga while pregnant can ease delivery. Thanks!

Yoga for Life in Setauket - Belle Meade Road
There is also a Yoga studio in Holdbrook - On Furrows - Across the street from Mama Lombardi's.
